Ask them questions!!!!
You have a right to know who you are dealing with.
Certified Boxing Coach- Just about Anyone can be a Certified Boxing Coach. Attend an 8 hour course and Presto you have your certification. Even with no boxing experience !
How many times have they Cornered a Boxer in a USA sanctioned Boxing Match? If it less than 5 times, chances are you are dealing with an inexperienced Coach.
Have they cornered anyone in a Professional Boxing Match or have Certification from California or from other States?
What other Certifications do they Hold?
Do they have trainers insurance?
Where do they Train their fighters?
Do they Carry Liability Insurance?
Ask them to wrap your hands. If they can't properly Wrap your hands, how are they ever going to teach you how to box???
